We use My Appointment Booker (https://www.appointmentbooker.co.uk) to host our booking page and process bookings. My Appointment Booker acts as our data processor for booking-related data. Transactional emails such as confirmations and reminders may be sent through their email provider on our behalf.

We may also share data where required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or staff.

We keep booking information for as long as needed to manage your appointment, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Reference images are deleted automatically after their retention period expires.

Under UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability in some cases.
